Monday - Saturday: NOON - 6:00pm
Performance Days: NOON - CURTAIN TIME + 30 minutes

SPECIAL RATES are available on most Arts and Culture Centre presentations. Ask the Box Office about special rates for students (up to post secondary), seniors (60 plus) and for purchases of ten or more tickets. Only one discount type per purchase. Discounts are available at time of purchase only.

PERSONAL CHEQUES for the amount of purchase only, will be accepted with two (2) pieces of identification.

TELEPHONE, FAX, MAIL ORDERS OR ON THE WEB will be accepted with payment by VISA or MASTERCARD. A transaction handling charge of $1.00 per ticket, to a maximum of $10.00 per order, will be charged for all such orders. Orders will be confirmed by Box Office staff. As soon as possible after processing.

CURTAIN TIME is 8:00 pm, unless otherwise noted

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES except for a canceled or rescheduled performance, for which refunds will be available during regular Box Office hours for twenty one (21) working days after the specified refund date.

TICKET POLICY requires that every patron, including children over one year old, must have a ticket for the performance. Infants, up to one year old, may be admitted at no charge for certain performances. Check with the Box Office for further information. Children under ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult. Management reserves the right to refuse admission, on refund of the admission price.

SEAT SELECTION within thirty (30) minutes of Curtain time is at the discretion of the Box Office.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES are not permitted in the theatre without permission of management.

LATECOMERS cannot be guaranteed admission until a suitable break in the programme.

THE USE OF CELL PHONES AND PAGERS is not permitted in the theatre

WHEELCHAIR LOCATIONS are available in the theatre; as well ramps, elevators, washrooms, and telephones are available for the physically challenged.
